INVITATION: The Morning After : A Civil Society Reportback

Thursday 18 September 2014

On September 23, world leaders are coming to New York City for a UN Summit on the climate crisis. UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon is urging governments to support an ambitious global agreement to dramatically reduce global warming pollution.

On September 24, the day after, we will hear from civil society leaders reflect on what they heard from our world leaders on the one hand, and what they heard from the people these governments are supposed to be representing.

What have you yourself heard of? Come, report back, and have a say.

WHEN: 24, September 2014 | 8:45-10:45am WHERE: Second Floor, Church Center for the United Nations (Corner of First Avenue and 44th Street in Manhattan)
